Robert S. Oswald
CEO and Director
A board member since 2001, Oswald became Paice’s CEO after a distinguished career in the automotive industry, most recently as Chairman, President and CEO of Robert Bosch Corporation, the North American subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH. Mr. Oswald also serves as Chairman of Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC.
Frances M. Keenan
Chairman of the Board
A Paice board member since 1999, Keenan is Vice President and CFO of the Abell Foundation. Previously, she held management positions at Black & Decker and KPMG LLP.
Alex J. Severinsky
Chairman Emeritus
Dr. Severinsky is Paice’s founder and the inventor of the Paice Hyperdrive system. He resigned as CEO in 2006 to become CEO of Fuelcor LLC, an intellectual property development and management company for making synthetic fuels. Dr. Severinsky has been recognized for the Paice patents and his work on hybrid electric vehicle technology – Awards and Recognitions.
David S. Hirsch
Director
Mr. Hirsch joined the Paice board in 2003. Hirsch retired in 1992 from Wertheim, Schroeder & Company, an investment banking and brokerage firm in New York City.
George R. Kempton
Director
A member of the Paice board since 2001, Kempton served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Kysor Industrial Corporation, a leading international manufacturer of commercial vehicle components.
Robert J. Templin
Director
Mr. Templin, a retired executive of General Motors, has served on the Paice board since 1998. At GM, he held positions as Technical Director of the Research Laboratories, Chief Engineer of the Cadillac Motor Car Division, General Project Manager of Special Product Development, and Special Assistant (Engines) to the President of GM. Honorable Joseph D. Tydings
Director
A Paice board member since 1997, Senator Tydings is a senior partner in the law firm of Dickstein Shapiro LLP in Washington, DC. He served in the U.S. Senate from 1965-1971 representing the state of Maryland.
William F. Leimkuhler
General Counsel
Before joining Paice in 1999, Mr. Leimkuhler was an investment banker at Allen & Company in New York City. Prior to that he served as Allen & Company’s General Counsel and was a corporate partner with the firm of Werbel & Carnelutti.
Nathanael J. Adamson
Marketing Advisor
Mr. Adamson has advised Paice in program and business management since 2000. He retired in 1997 from Ford Motor Company with over 30 years in various management positions including that of a director in the Ford Product Development Group.
Theodore Louckes
Technical Advisor
Mr. Louckes joined Paice in 1998 as COO to lead development of its first Hyperdrive demonstration system. He is a distinguished, 40-year General Motors Corp. veteran who is best-known for his leadership on the development of the first overhead cam, 4-valve engine for American passenger cars and the introduction of the world’s first air bag system.
